Travel Business Development Manager remote London £45k-£55k + bonus (NEG, DOE) (PTR 3422)
We are seeking an experienced Travel Business Development Manager to join a highly successful travel company working remotely with some travel to the London office and overseas.
This exciting Business Development Manager opportunity involves acquiring new and creating new sales opportunities by identifying target markets and focus on key business areas via means of corporate networking, client profiling and cold calling. You shall present our clients travel products and services in a compelling financial and operational offering in order develop new customers and sell additional products, services and destinations to existing ones.

Business Development Manager Duties:
- Responsible for sales for in the UK, Ireland, Portugal, Spain & Asia.
- Source, approach and win new business opportunities within the travel market.
- Establish relationships with new and current partners and building on key relationships.
- Responsible for delivering growth with existing partners in existing and new destinations.
- Delivering a program of planned activity, sales calls, training and promotional activity as defined by yearly sales targets and annual marketing plans.
- Analysing sales figures and suggesting suitable strategies for growth.
- Planning schedules and attending trade shows.
- Coordinate with destinations to plan and host agent FAM trips for your source market.
Essential Requirements:
- Sales experience is a must with solid track record of successful B2B development/sales within the travel industry is essential.
- Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent. Degree in tourism and hospitality is an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (other language is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills across cultures.
- Willing to travel on business when required.
